My Mitsubishi HVAC system stopped working so I called Fischer. Pat sent out a technician next day to analyze the system. The tech explained the problem thoroughly. My undersized outdoor unit needed a new part that was tedious to install and I might run into the same problem down the road because the undersized unit was having to work too hard. They located a right sized unit and installed it a couple of days later for about twice the cost of the repair. Works great! Fast service. Fair price. great communication.

Chose Fischer for a new heat pump installation and updating of duct work and are very happy we did. They did a great job - from attention to detail in planning to the execution of the work and communication throughout.

The install team was on time, efficient, and clean. I think they left the area cleaner than they found it! They finished a furnace install in about 4 hours and answered all my questions. They also did our heat pump 2 years ago and that’s why we chose them for this job as well.

Very nice people, efficient, fast, and cleaned up well at the end.

Fischer installed a heatpump system at my house. The crew was efficient and polite, answering all of my questions and thoroughly explaining the new system.

Had an Issue with my gas furnace not starting. Called Fischer Heating and they sent a service tech.
Mike was the astute professional, he quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. He was able to quickly repair the unit and get it functioning properly.
It’s so nice to have technicians that know exactly what they are doing! I will not hesitate to call Fischer again should I need further assistance!

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Pat, John, Michael, and Nolan from the Fischer team! We switched from an old gas furnace to a Mitsubishi Heat Pump and couldn't be happier with the install. Pat was our first point of contact and arrived exactly when scheduled for the estimate, giving us the full rundown for our home including possible limitations and workarounds, not ever feeling too sales-ey, just the facts. Once we accepted the quote (which was very reasonable compared to 3 other quotes), scheduling was super straightforward and the installers and electrician arrived promptly at 8am on Wednesday, worked all day removing the old system and installing the new lineset and air handler, then were back before 8am on the next day to finish the install and get us back up and heating before 2pm. The lineset is super clean, the electrical conduit looks great, and at every point the team communicated well and kept the space clean. We've had absolutely no issues with the install and it is whisper quiet! We'll definitely be calling the folks at Fischer again for all our future home projects!

Got an oil furnace replaced with an electric heat pump system and the whole Fischer crew was great. Pat talked through all my ideas with me and provided good feedback and got us dialed in. Alex and his crew worked efficiently with the added challenge of electricians on site and working in the same area. Everything has been working great and I am really thrilled about the service I recieved. Highly recommend.

Sam Miller was simply amazing. When another contractor told us we had to replace our entire boiler, he came in and fixed the existing unit in less than an hour. Honest and upstanding. I will use Fisher for all my heating needs from now on.

Excellent pre sale care by Matthew, very happy with the lack of drama, the very short timeframe between acceptance and installation, and the most personable care and customer service by Adrian and his assistants, wrapped up our entire heat pump project in under two business days. Now, just waiting for the final electrical permit approval, my hopes are high (! ?? )

A very good experience from initial contact through to completion. Good communication, excellent attention to detail, and very personable and positive interactions all through the process. Thanks to Crystal on the phone, Matthew for the site visit and the many follow-ups to questions and concerns I had, Adrian and Juan for a clean and careful install.

I had my new furnace and thermostat installed today. The installers, Alex and Nolan were very knowledgeable technicians and explained everything I needed to know, walked me through future filter changing and answered all my questions. Matt was very knowledgeable and walked me through the do’s and don’ts in operating my new furnace and walked me through on how to operate my new thermostat. Alex and Nolan’s installation was quality work and they left the job site clean. Matt, Alex and Nolan are an excellent team and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a new install.

From the consultant, to the installers, to the office staff, everyone was polite, professional and personable. We highly recommend Fischer Heating and Air for any heating/cooling job.

Fischer has been great. Top-notch. Going from a furnace to a heat pump is a big change. They spent a lot of time figuring out the best approach to installation and provided excellent and clear details about pluses and minuses of various equipment options. Installation went smoothly and the installers were great to work with. The company is very responsive to questions and concerns. I can highly recommend them.

We recently had 3 Olimpia Splendid Maestro ductless Heat Pump systems installed in our Condo. The team from Fischer which included Matt, the sales rep, and the installation team Adrian and Juan were excellent. Matt was always quick to respond to our questions and provided the documentation we needed to make a proposal to our HOA that was approved. He also checked with us as the equipment was installed in our home. Adrian and Juan, the installation team, were professional, on time, worked hard for 3 days, cleaned up after each day’s work and returned to troubleshoot after one of the units was not working properly. While in our home they checked with us often and updated us on their progress. The maestro system offers a unique alternative to an exterior heat pump, that is quiet and effective that solved the HOA’s concern about an exterior unit that would be noisy and affect the appearance of our almost 100 year old building.

The price was competitive, the installation was on time and fast, the installers were personable and professional, and the unit works perfectly. This is the second heat pump Fischer has installed at our home. I highly recommend Fisher.

What a great job the team did replacing the incorrectly installed (by others) mini split condensate piping. Saw the problem, creatively found a better solution and completed the work quickly.

Fischer was fantastic to work with for our heat pump installation—responsive, helpful, and honest, and their quote was by far the most reasonable of the companies we checked with. Juan and Adrian did excellent work. The installation looks great and we’re so happy with the product and the price!

When we collected bids from various heat pump installation companies, Matt at Fischer stood out because he patiently answered all our questions and concerns as we took a few weeks to decide on the model and company for installation. I never felt pressured and Matt understood this was a big investment for us and treated our conversations as such. The other companies were looking to make a quick sale with minimal effort on their part.

We were also uneasy about having installers in our home after a bad experience with another HVAC company that left behind a mess. Matt and the install team (Christian and Illyes) took every precaution during install to contain any mess and clean up thoroughly. Christian and Illyes are also the kindest, most accommodating, and skilled installers we could hope for. They even worked quietly during my son’s nap!

We’ve had our Mitsubishi heat pump for almost a year now and we LOVE it! Compared to our old gas furnace, it’s quiet and heats and cools the home so evenly. I used to spend so much time managing the temperature of our home, and now I don’t even think about it. Life is much better with a heat pump!

The installation team did a great job with the installation and cleaning up afterwards. They answered my questions, and I was happy with the process.
I even had them sign and date their work on the in-house machine.
The sales rep did a great job in managing the whole process and keeping me informed.

Great experience working with Pat & crew at Fischer to get a new split unit installed. The work was done fast & done well, in spite of the challenges thrown at the crew by my old quirky house. I'd absolutely recommend this team to anyone!

We are extremely pleased with the quality and service we received from Fischer when they installed a new heat pump and moved an existing air conditioner. The installation staff- Adrian and Juan- were exceptionally polite, diligent, thorough, timely and communicative. The supervisor Matt was accessible and kept in close touch as we had to make some modifications and decisions. I would highly recommend this company.

Fischer just installed a new in-wall a/c - heatpump in our condo in lower Queen Anne. Everyone from the estimator-rep (Matthew) to the installers (Adrian and Juan) to the electrician (Marco) were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and friendly. And they laid down drop cloths, vacuumed, and left the place spotless when they were finished. Very professional.
